Reservations

$1/person per hour

There is a room for your party! Food Court is always available to you and restroom passes are at the reception desk. The Craft Room, Quiet Room, Movie Room, Tunnel and Common Room are available for separate reservations providing your group contains teenagers or college aged young people. Don't be afraid to book your event during the afternoon, evening or on a Sunday! The rate is $1 per person, per hour. Please include adults in your head-count. Fractions of hours = fractions of dollars. Group that don't meet the minimums can pay the minimum and still use the room.

Common Room
Group size minimum: 25 people
Group size maximum: 80 people
Minimum time: 1 hour
You can reserve the entire Hive Common Room (includes all side rooms and the tunnel) for any kind of gathering that involves the correct age group. For a card party, there are 7 tables suitable for card play. There are also coffee tables: one in the Quiet Room and one in the Old Time Movie Room. For stage performances, we can bring in extra chairs from storage. There are two cordless microphones with an amplifier.

Quiet Room
Group size: 2-14 people
Minimum time: 1 hours
You can reserve the use of the Quiet Room for piano lessons, reading, knitting or private meetings. Chairs can be pulled in from elsewhere, if necessary.

Craft Room
Group size: 4-6 people
Minimum time: 30 minutes
You can reserve the use of the Craft Room for 30 minutes at a time, any time of the day. Want to use it individually? No problem!

Old Time Movie Room
Group size: 4-6 people
Minimum time: 1 hour
You can play DVD disks, thumb drive media or stream something from your phone. You can also use it for a meeting. This room cannot be sound-proofed or closed but we can put up a curtain to minimize distractions if others are using the common room when you're there.

The Tunnel
Group size: 2-8 people
Minimum time: 1 hour
The Tunnel contains the "Walk the Plank" recreation area. There is a ball toss and magnetic darts. There are two booth tables for playing games and a blutooth speaker for playing music from your phone.

 

Ways to pay for your Membership

Registration includes an insurance waiver (signed by a parent/guardian) and the conduct pledge. This makes you a member! Members can be anyone over the age of 13. Adults should register too. Members get the door code, a birthday treat and text reminders. To pay for your event, use Zeffy Pay, CashApp, Paypal, Cash or Check.

Monthly Membership: Teacher/Individual

A $36 or $88 donation grants you that many person-hours in a particular room or zone each month. Use it however you need to. Send Carol an E-mail to get on the schedule.

Monthly Membership: Large Group/Homeschool

A $500 donation/membership grants endless access for an unlimited number of people as long as you bring enough adults to manage your group. Use it however you need to. Send Carol an E-mail to get on the schedule.
